About Us

Losing a loved one is difficult, even for a prepared family. Death comes to all: old, young, single, or married. Death does not differentiate between the rich or the poor, nor the popular or the unknown. Benjamin Franklin penned, “…but in this world nothing can be said to be certain, except death and taxes,” and ironically died the following year. If you have never made decisions about a funeral or cremation, collected documents to settle probate, or known what to do with an old beat up pick-up truck, you are not alone.

Even though it seems like a substantial amount of time has passed since our father passed, we are still working through the process of settling the estate and preparing for many more months of dealing with unexpected issues and hiccups. Mixing these last bits of business during COVID-19 with masks, hand sanitizer, and physical distancing during our visits… has been… interesting.

Regardless of circumstances, we hope to help persons who want to provide all the information their family/loved ones will need to ease their passing. We also want to help the friends, family, or loved ones who will need to have such information to carry out the wishes of the deceased.

Our focus is to keep things simple, but thorough, and share what we have discovered to be the most helpful. We hope this publication provides comfort and opportunities for everyone. It has certainly opened our eyes on what other family members have said they want during the event of their passing.

We extend blessings, prayers, and condolences to you and yours,
